At Dress for Success Oregon, we know career readiness is about more than professional clothing — it’s about confidence, skills, connection, and access to the right resources at the right time. Our Career Center and WorkWell space provide women and gender-expansive individuals with personalized career support, workshops, and community-centered resources to help them reach their employment and economic mobility goals. Through one-on-one career coaching, job search support, professional development workshops, technology access, and wraparound services, we help participants build the tools and confidence needed to navigate today’s workforce.
 

WorkWell is currently piloting new ways to support our community through a flexible coworking and career development environment. During this pilot phase, participants can access available workshops, programs, and one-on-one support listed under the Programs tab.
